Harvest report 2025

What a year!
Never before have we started harvesting so early - we were able to pick the first Gamay grapes on August 23: perfectly ripe, small-berried and of exceptional quality. Around two weeks later, at the beginning of September, the first Pinot plots followed.

But the harvest is not over yet: On October 10, we were able to cellar the Heida in Visperterminen at 1000 meters above sea level in glorious autumn weather.
Now we are patiently waiting for the last Sylvaner grapes to develop their full sweetness in the cold of winter - for a fine sweet wine that will round off the vintage wonderfully.

The wines in the cellar already promise fantastic density, complexity and a spicy aroma. It is great fun to observe and accompany the young wines as they develop and mature!
