The “Weinfass” at the APPENZELLER HUUS invites you to a special evening: nine guests at one table, surrounded by the restaurant’s fine wines.

The hosts on November 5, 2026, will be Isabella and Stéphane Kellenberger from the Vin d’Oeuvre winery in Leuk, Valais. They will be serving wines from their winery. Executive Chef Michael Gollenz will create a six-course menu to accompany the wines.
